Event Accessibility

Our event consultation services work with you to identify barriers that keep people with disabilities from attending and enjoying you community or company event. We evaluate everything from promotion, registration and ticket sales, to multiple facets of the event and its location. A post-event detailed report will provide guidance for planners to ensure future events are inclusive for all.

Can’t wait to get some support before the event, or need assistance with implementation? We have technical assistance available, too.

Here's why it's important:
  1. Inclusivity: Making events accessible means that everyone can participate and feel welcome. This promotes inclusivity and diversity, which in turn enhances the overall experience for all attendees.
  2. Compliance: Ensuring that events are accessible is not just a moral obligation, but also a legal requirement. Failing to comply with accessibility laws can result in legal action and reputational damage.
  3. Customer satisfaction: When events are accessible, attendees with disabilities are more likely to have a positive experience and recommend the event to others. This can lead to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Increased attendance: When events are accessible, they attract a wider range of attendees, including people with disabilities, their friends and family, and caregivers. This can increase overall attendance and revenue.
  5. Social responsibility: Ensuring that events are accessible is a matter of social responsibility. By creating an environment that is welcoming to all attendees, event organizers can promote social equity and foster a culture of inclusivity.
