Rachael's Story

Administrative Assistant for Operations 

My name is Rachael Carbaugh. I was born and raised in Maryland, but I moved to Wisconsin in 2006 and have lived here for 17 years. I have Cerebral Palsy and use a power wheelchair, but I am very independent. I like to say that I am "differently abled" rather than disabled because although I can't walk, I can still do a lot of things able-bodied people do, just in a different way, and maybe a little slower (time wise). In May of this year, I graduated with a 4.0 GPA from Ashworth College earning a Career Diploma in the Administrative Assistant program. In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, watching many different TV and movies, singing, and making dreamcatchers.
