Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program (TEPP)
The Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program (TEPP) is to help people with disabilities buy specialized equipment they need in order to use basic telephone services. The TEPP is one of several different programs paid for by the Wisconsin Universal Service Fund (USF) established by the Public Service Commission. You can apply for TEPP online or you can download a paper form (pdf) and mail it in.

TEPP vouchers come with a $100 co-pay to receive equipment.  For assistance in paying the $100 co-pay you can check the links below.

Motion Impaired Funding Assistance is available for people with mobility disabilities living in a low-income household.
Telecommunication Assistance Program (TAP) is for persons who are Deaf, Deafblind or Hard of Hearing living in a low-income household.
                              To receive TAP you must fill out and send in the hearing loss certification.
To be considered low income your household income for one month must not be over
