Hands-On Training
Access to Independence provides both group and individual training in areas such as computers, money management, advocacy, housing, and job searching. If you would like to become skilled in a particular area please contact our staff at 608 242-8484.
Classes available on an individual or group basis:
- Managing your finances
- Riding the bus
- Managing a personal attendant
- Cooking
- Performing daily tasks
We also have a computer lab where you can learn how to:
- Use e-mail
- Find information
- Access the Internet
- Develop a resume
- Look for a job
- Write to your legislators
