Access to Independence is part of a statewide network of Independent Living Centers. As agents of change, we are committed to working on systems advocacy efforts to improve the lives of people with disabilities. We need to know what are the two biggest priorities you feel need to be addressed at a systemic level by your network of Independent Living Centers. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by clicking on the button below. Access to Independence is committed to systems change that positively impacts the lives of people with disabilities. While we spend a lot of time working on advocating these changes to policy makers, as well as building our grassroots network to get citizens involved, we often don’t take the time to see how these systems we advocate for impact real people.
That is where we need you!
To the right are a list of topics. Select a topic that is important to you, and share your story! Access to Independence will use these stories when we meet with legislators and policy makers to show that real people’s lives are impacted by the programs and services that are available or changes that are needed. If you wish to remain anonymous don't fill out the name section (it is not required).
