We are looking for survey participants who:
Have graduated or transitioned from High School
Are ages 18 - 25
Reside in Wisconsin
The survey can be accessed at:

The Survey will be open from January 10, 2011 through February 1, 2011.
Please feel free to pass this along to others as we are hoping to achieve a wide spread and numerous response rate.
Results of this survey will be shared with youth, educators, vocational rehabilitation staff, service providers and others so they can learn what transition information, resources, skills and opportunities are important from the perspective of students with disabilities in their transition process.
The results of this survey will also be presented at the Wisconsin Statewide Transition Conference at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells on February 18, 2011. The presentation will be delivered by youth from the Wisconsin Youth First Practice Group.
