Access to Independence Inc., the Aging and Disability    Resource Center (ADRC) of Southwest Wisconsin, Green County, the Southwest Wisconsin Family Care Alliance, and the IRIS program are working together to provide the residents of Green County an opportunity to come and learn about two Long-Term Care  programs for people who are at least 18 years old (planning can begin prior to turning 18) and have a  physical disability or a developmental disability as their primary disability, or people who are over the age of 65 and in need of long-term care support.
